K-Packet is a registered air parcel service by Korea Post Office in cooperation with each nation's postal service like USPS, Canada Post, Royal mail and etc. This is a fast and cost competative delivery solution.

Except above countries, Regular Internatioal Priority shipping is available. The delivery will takes 5~14 days.

Express shipping will be carried by EMS service(Natioanal Postal Service of each country) which will take 2~5 days for most countries. Sometimes it takes up to 5~10 days for certain countries.

We support International Courier Express like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT ,EMS.Also support Air cargo,sea cargo, Direct line, Air Mail according to the clients' request. (About 3-7 working days for international express, 5-7 working days for air cargo). Please leave an inquiry via "Contact" menu. 

Return

Customer should return items in original condition within 7 days if any item is defective upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost in case of changing mind or normal functioning products.

Importing tax and custom duty is carried by the buyer.
